Raphaëlle Guyot returned here in 2018 after her BTS in viticulture and oenology from Beaune (2015) and apprenticeships at Thibault Liger-Belair, La Grange Tiphaine, and Vincent Pinard. She farms about 3 hectares, replanting vineyards that held vines in the 19th century before phylloxera. Direct-pressed, fermented and aged 10 months in concrete. Organic and biodynamic practices (not certified). Minimal sulfur, hand-harvested.
