'Bandito' refers to a wartime tale of white wine hidden in barrels from occupying forces, discovered years later having aged beautifully, and Quintarelli now 'banishes' this sweet white for a decade or more before release. Made from dried Garganega and other native grapes, this 1985 half-bottle is a profoundly mature back-vintage.
