The friendly, food-ready entry point to Zind-Humbrecht's Pinot Gris, sourced from vineyards around Turckheim, the family's home village. Bottled at a more approachable level than the estate's Grand Crus, it shows Pinot Gris's smoky, orchard-fruit character without the weight or sweetness of the top cuvees. Zind-Humbrecht is the Alsace reference point, farmed biodynamically by Olivier Humbrecht, France's first Master of Wine. A great way to get to know a legendary domaine.
