It's a multi-vineyard Mourvedre blending organically farmed fruit from across California (Monterey, Mendocino, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Amador), fermented as whole clusters in open-top vats and raised in neutral barrel before bottling unfined and unfiltered. In the warm-leaning 2019 vintage, gentler heat let the fruit hang for extra depth without losing the brightness and lower alcohol that are Wallace's signature.
